Please note these terms can be changed at any time.

• I have the right to reject any commission.
• All works, unless stated otherwise, are only for personal-use. As the client, they are allow to post the commissioned piece in a private gallery with proper credit. The commissioned piece is allow to be added as additional value to character the piece is of, as long as it follows the designer's ToS.
  • For credit, link back to my gallery. If you are posting on Toyhou.se, please credit Ialoris.
  • Using my art for AI learning or NFTs/crypto without explicated permission is prohibited. This includes commissioned pieces.
• Please provide visual references that are clear on all important details. If client does not have visual references of character, they are allow to use descriptions that are clear and concise and provide any visual references that aid descriptions. It is not an issue if there are some details that need to be finalizing by me. However, I will not create a custom character unless that is what the client requests.
• Edits are allow up to three magor requests, such as changes to character design, pose, or general idea of commission. Please request these edits during the work in progress period. Any major changes after the first three or after the final piece will be charged, which can be discussed. If it is a mistake or for a piece I do not share wips, do not hestiant to request for an edit as long as they are small.
• All payments are made through Paypal. The client is free to provide payment before I complete the first draft, but half of payment must be provided once first draft is approved.
  • Please never send payment as friends and family.
  • I may use invoices, but will often use my paypal.me link.
  • Refunds are allow if requested before commission has been started on. Partial refunds are allow if only half of the commission is finished. Refunds are not allow after the commission is finished.

• Client and characters must be of age, 18+.
• I will NOT draw these themes:
  • Pedophilia
  • Noncon/Dubcon
  • Incest
  • Scat/Watersports
  • Hardcore versions of fetishes
  • Vore/Heavy Guro
  • Macro/Micro

If the client is unsure if their idea does not fit in any of these themes, please contact me, and we can discuss in detail.

adopts & customs

• All adoptables or custom characters are only for personal use, unless stated otherwise.
• Resales are allow for all purchased designs, but only for the original value. Additional value can be added from art pieces commissioned of character, but owners' personal art cannot be added to that value.
• The owner can modify their purchased character as long as the modified version still resembles the original.
• If a person receives a design by me through trade or as a gift, they cannot sell the design unless they have receive permission from me. I am fine with resales of gifted designs if the owner gains permission from the one who had gifted them the design.
• I have all rights to decline sales to a person for any reason.

I understand that these terms are based on trust within the adoptable community. I am trusting those who own my designs to follow these terms. If any of these terms are broken, I will add the offender to a private blacklist and will block them from future designs.
